Back after not posting menu planning for last week. I was in bed all week with pneumonia and didn’t really cook many meals. My sweet hubby bought a couple take-out meals, and we used some made-ahead freezer entrees and soups (glad to have had those)to fill in. We survived!
This week my planning will be on the lighter side eating more fresh fruits and raw veggies, fresh salads and homemade soups. I did get the Champion juicer out last week and will continue juicing fresh fruit and veggie combinations.

-Chili on Carne
-Gluten Free Cornbread
-Fish en Papillote
-Grilled Pork Chops
–Rick will have Easter Dinner with Friends
-I will stay in and rest!
