Sometimes things just don’t go as planned and that was so true of my last week’s menu planning.
I was fortunate to find a nice sirloin tip roast at the market and wanted to roast that; here is the recipe I used from “The Adventures of Bob and Shan.” It was really delicious!
Saturday we join our friends, Phil and Linda, and their guests for a Smoked Rib Fest! Phil’s smoked ribs and mac and cheese were the best ever. Connie’s “from scratch baked beans” were outstanding (I so want her recipe!) What a great day we had meeting some new friends and sharing time with old friends, the Lyman’s from Michigan. Sunday we enjoyed leftovers from the Wrights Rib Fest!
Soooo much of last week’s menu plan will be repeated this week.
