Gluten-Free Pasta Salad
1 Box Supergrain Garden Pagoda Pasta, cooked, rinsed, and drained
4 plum tomatoes, diced
1/2 red onion, chopped
1/2 can pitted black olives, sliced
1/4 cup crumbled Feta cheese
4 slices of thin-sliced Provolone Cheese diced
5-6 slices of pepperoni, quartered
1/2 cup Kraft Zesty Italian dressing
Combine and chill.
Love this Ancient Grain Pasta.
It doesn’t seem to get soggy as brown rice pasta does, and as well, quinoa is more nutritious than other grains.
