Crockpot Hashbrown Casserole

Crockpot Hashbrown Casserole

1 26-32 oz. bag frozen hash browns, thawed
1 8 oz. container of sour cream
1 (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken soup (I’ll use my gluten free recipe.)
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. butter, melted
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook on low for 4-5 hours.
