Menu Plan Monday for the Week of October 19, 2015

Starting my menu planning week a bit late this week.  Our car had to be serviced, and we were finding ourselves traveling to Phoenix two days in a row, taking up the majority of our time.  Finally, it’s Wednesday,  and I am beginning to get into some meal planning for the remainder of the week.   It is great to be back into the kitchen, cooking and baking.
So here we go….

    YUM! Your menu plan looks fab. Slightly jealous of the Chinese take out yesterday, not going to lie. Wonder if I can work that in to my meal plan next week… enjoy!
