Menu Plan Monday for the Week of September 28, 2015

This week my husband and I will  kick-start our gluten-free lifestyle, so menu planning will be a bit different from the usual.   This past week my husband was diagnosed with Celiac Disease after many years of suffering with extreme digestive problems.  I had previous gone gluten-free at the recommendation of my gastroenterologist and have to admit that I  felt much better on a gluten-free diet.  Fortunately, my cupboards are
stocked with gluten-free items and my bookcase with gluten-free cookbooks.

  2. Good luck with going gluten free – we’re dairy, egg, soya and strawberry free because my little one has those allergies. I’m finding as long as I’m organised its all manageable. Love the look of those prawns!
