Recipe of the Week – Baked Buffalo Wings

Baked buffalo wingsBaked Buffalo Wings

My husband really loves Buffalo wings, so I thought I might give making them a try.  I found that baking them on parchment paper at a high temperature resulted in getting a crisp and not-so-greasy wing.  “Wow, these are really good!” was my husband’s response. Well, I guess I’ll be making plenty more of these.

Frozen chicken wings, thawed
6 tbs. butter
1/4 cup hot sauce

Bleu cheese dressing
Celery sticks

Preheat oven at 425 degrees.  Line cookie sheet with parchment paper, and place thawed wings on sheet.  Bake for 20 minutes and then turn wings over and bake for another 20-30 minutes or until desired crispness.

Melt butter and add hot sauce.  If you would like your wings hotter, add more hot sauce. Dip wings in sauce.  Serve with Bleu Cheese Dressing and celery sticks. Chow down! Pretty easy, pretty tasty!
