Menu Planning – After the Fact

Men plan monday Valentines_edited-1Sorry for not getting my menu planning done on time this week.  There has been a rather nasty bug going around in our area of the country and this passed week, I certainly felt it’s effects.  I ended up in bed on Monday with a respiratory infection and Lupus flare.  After a few days of needed rest, some antibiotics, and plenty of Vitamin C, I am starting to feel a bit better.  We relied on previously packed freezer meals and trek out to one of our favorite restaurants.

(I found a really tasty No Nitrate hot dog at Walmart.
Park’s Best – $2.50 per pack, so I purchase a few extra to freeze.)
