My husband just loved these Smoked Applewood Bacon Burgers that we had Tuesday night for dinner…so easy, so delicious!
1 lb. of ground chuck
1 pkg. of McCormick’s Steakhouse Burger Mix – Smoky Applewood
4 slices of cheddar cheese
8 slices of cooked bacon
1 large onion, sliced
4 Kaiser rolls
Combine steakhouse burger mix into the ground chuck. Sauté onion slices until caramelized. Grill burgers about 5-6 minutes on one side and flip and grill another 3-4 minutes on the other side. Top with cheese and turn off grill. When cheese is melted, place burgers on Kaiser rolls and top with bacon and grilled onions. (We like our rolls slightly grilled too!) These are really tasty!
